By accessing or using AInfluence Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Platform Usage & Beta Access
AInfluence Studio provides link management, creator media kit hosting, brand application review, and early-access discovery tools. Features during the Beta phase may evolve as we optimize platform performance.
2. Creator Content & Accounts
You retain full ownership of all links, photos, and digital products published on your studio stage. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
3. Brand Applications
Brand applicants must provide accurate company and representative information. Access may remain pending or be declined when we cannot verify an application. Approval does not guarantee availability of beta features or creator partnerships.
4. Limitation of Liability
AInfluence Studio provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service downtime or third-party platform policy updates.
