Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, account type, authentication identifiers, and information supplied through Google sign-in or another supported sign-in method.
• Creator information and content: profile images, biographies, social handles, links, uploaded media, testimonials, niches, languages, location, audience notes, availability, brand preferences, rates, and publishing choices you provide.
• Brand applications: representative and role details, company name and domain, website, professional-profile evidence, company size and location, and campaign interests.
• Connected account information: the Google and YouTube information described below, authorization credentials, connection status, and synchronization records.
• Communications: information you send when requesting support, reporting content, exercising privacy rights, or discussing a collaboration.
• Technical and usage information: requests, timestamps, IP addresses, and browser or device information processed by our hosting, authentication, security, analytics, and performance providers. Creator-page aggregate analytics are described separately below.

Do not submit third-party passwords, government identification documents, financial account credentials, or sensitive personal information that the Service does not request.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the Service, authenticate accounts, create and publish creator pages, import requested public-profile information, display performance reports, review brand applications, save collaboration preferences, and respond to your requests.

We also use information to diagnose problems, improve reliability and usability, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our terms, meet legal obligations, and send account, security, and setup communications. Where required, we obtain consent or rely on another applicable legal basis. Declining optional information or permissions may make the related feature unavailable.

Connecting YouTube does not itself authorize publication of private analytics, sharing them with prospective brands, or enrollment in advertising or a sponsorship campaign.

3. Google sign-in and YouTube data

AInfluence Studio uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your channel, Google asks you to authorize read-only access. We request:

• YouTube account access (youtube.readonly): your connected channel ID, title, handle, thumbnail, subscriber count, total views, video count, uploads playlist, and recent-video IDs, titles, thumbnails, publication dates, views, likes, and comment counts.
• YouTube Analytics access (yt-analytics.readonly): aggregate daily views, estimated minutes watched, average view duration, and subscribers gained and lost. The current synchronization requests the most recent 90 days of available daily reports.

We store imported information to display your channel and content performance in Creator Studio. We do not request permission to upload, edit, or delete YouTube content, or access monetary analytics reports. We do not receive your Google password. An encrypted refresh token allows our server to refresh access and synchronize data while your connection remains authorized.

Your private reports are available in your authenticated workspace and are not automatically published or provided to brands or other creators. Publishing a creator profile is a separate action, described below.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this information for the connected features you authorize. We do not sell it, provide it to data brokers, use it for ad targeting, or use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Human access to Google API data is limited to your affirmative permission, necessary security or legal purposes, or other uses expressly permitted by that policy.

You can review or revoke access through your Google Account permissions. To disconnect and delete imported connection and performance records from AInfluence Studio, use Disconnect YouTube and delete imported data in Creator Studio. We also attempt to revoke the stored Google credential. This does not delete your channel, videos, or information held by YouTube.

You may also request deletion by emailing rishabh2001agarwal@gmail.com. We handle requests to delete stored YouTube API data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If you revoke access through Google, contact us if you also need help removing stored data or a separately published profile.

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Public pages and publishing choices

Information published on a link-in-bio page, including images, links, social handles, testimonials, and other selected content, can be viewed by anyone with access to the page and may be indexed or copied. Uploaded creator-page images are served through public URLs; do not upload confidential images.

Creator Studio's sponsorship profile has a separate publishing step. Its published snapshot includes your channel identity, niches, languages, location, and availability. Rates are included only when you enable rate sharing. Your email, authorization credentials, private analytics, and audience notes are excluded. Saving edits alone does not update a previously published snapshot.

Use the publishing controls to update or unpublish that profile. YouTube disconnection and profile publication are separate controls; unpublish your profile as well to remove its public snapshot. Removal from our pages cannot recall copies already made by visitors, search engines, or third-party services.

5. Public-profile imports and AI assistance

When you request a profile import or preview, we retrieve publicly available information from the handles, profile URLs, and websites you supply and associated public sources. This may include names, biographies, images, follower counts, social links, and article titles or descriptions. Requests may involve the source website or a public-profile retrieval service such as FxTwitter.

Where AI assistance is enabled, selected public-profile text, source descriptions, and candidate links are sent to Google's Gemini service to suggest a biography, categories, links, and presentation. Connected YouTube authorization credentials and private YouTube Analytics reports are not supplied to this drafting feature. The AI provider processes submitted public information under its applicable service terms and privacy practices.

Review imports and AI suggestions before publishing. Public sources may be incomplete, outdated, or associated with a different person. Contact us about imported information that is inaccurate or should be removed.

6. Cookies, analytics, and external content

Essential cookies. We use authentication and short-lived session or status cookies to sign you in, maintain your session, and complete account flows. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working. You can manage cookies in your browser.

Creator-page analytics. Our page-visit and resource-click feature records daily aggregate counts for a rolling 30-calendar-day reporting period. These analytics records do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, browser details, or browsing histories and do not create analytics cookies. Creators receive totals for their own pages rather than individual visitor records. Hosting and security providers may separately process request information.

Website analytics and performance. We integrate Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance. These services process information such as page URLs, referrers, approximate location, browser or device characteristics, and performance measurements. Their standard analytics do not use tracking cookies. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation.

External content. Creator pages can link to external websites and load remotely hosted images or other supported content. Those providers may receive your IP address and request details when content loads. External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Optional advertising placements, where offered and enabled, may display third-party content; private Google and YouTube API data is not used for ad targeting.

7. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as needed for these purposes:

• Service providers: hosting and performance infrastructure such as Vercel; authentication, database, and file storage such as Supabase; email delivery such as Brevo; and the import or AI providers described above. Each receives information needed for its role.
• Your instructions: when you publish content or expressly direct us to share information. A future collaboration feature requiring additional private-data sharing will need an appropriate disclosure and authorization.
• Safety and legal requirements: to comply with law or valid legal requests, address security incidents or fraud, or protect the rights and safety of users and others.
• Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

Google API data is subject to the additional Limited Use restrictions above, including consent requirements for permitted transfers. General sharing provisions do not expand those permissions.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain account, profile, application, and support information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate security, dispute-resolution, and legal recordkeeping purposes. Retention depends on the information, account activity, and applicable obligations. The creator-page analytics retention period does not apply to all account data.

Creator-page aggregate analytics are subject to the rolling 30-day cleanup above. Connected YouTube records are stored for your connected features and removed through the disconnect or deletion-request process described above. The 90-day analytics query describes the report requested from YouTube, rather than a promise that every stored YouTube record expires after 90 days.

To request account closure and deletion of associated personal information, email rishabh2001agarwal@gmail.com from your account email address. We may verify your identity. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations or fraud and dispute handling; we explain applicable restrictions when responding. Deletion from active systems and expiry of restricted backup copies may follow different schedules. Google and YouTube data remains subject to applicable API deletion requirements.

9. Security and international processing

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and Service, including HTTPS, access controls, and server-side encryption of stored YouTube refresh tokens. Authorized server processes use those credentials to maintain the connection. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access.

AInfluence Studio is operated from India. Our providers may process or store information in other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the required arrangements. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ between countries.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You can edit supported profile fields, choose what to publish, unpublish your Creator Studio profile, decline optional permissions, manage cookies, and disconnect YouTube. Contact us for information you cannot correct or remove using available controls.

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to a competent authority. Rights may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. Withdrawing permission affects future processing and may disable the related feature.

Send requests or grievances to rishabh2001agarwal@gmail.com with the subject Privacy request or Privacy grievance. Identify your account and request without sending passwords or authorization tokens. We respond within applicable legal deadlines; the shorter YouTube deletion period above applies to stored YouTube API data.

11. Children and account eligibility

The Service is intended for adult creators and business representatives. Accounts are for people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for account creation. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We provide appropriate notice of material changes and request additional consent before using Google API data for a new purpose where required. An updated policy does not replace consent required by law or the relevant platform.
